6 tbsp butter ▢1/2 cup all-purpose flour ▢4 cups chicken broth ▢6 oz Uncle Ben’s Original Recipe Long Grain & Wild Rice (cooked) ▢2 cups chicken cooked and chopped ▢1/2 cup sliced carrots ▢3 tbsp slivered almonds ▢1/2 tsp salt ▢1 cup half and half
Melt butter in a pot, and add flour.
Stir until combined creating a roux.
Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Add cooked rice and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and heat through. ENJOY!
