Green Bean Bundles Recipe

Ingredients 

▢2 pounds fresh green beans ▢6 strips bacon ▢4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted ▢3 tablespoons brown sugar ▢garlic salt to taste

Step 1

Steam green beans until tender (see Recipe Tip).

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Gather 6–10 green beans into a bundle and wrap them with 1 piece of bacon. Secure bacon with a toothpick. Repeat to make 6 bundles.

Step 4

Place bundles on a greased baking sheet (or a wire rack over a foiled-lined baking sheet). Sprinkle with melted butter, brown sugar, and garlic salt.

Step 5

Bake for 18–20 minutes. For extra crispiness, broil for 1 minute, then flip bundles and broil for a minute on the other side.
